The TT bi-ribbed tiles are used to build flat roofs, generally with the aid of a reinforced-concrete floor cast in-situ to make intermediate floors, including with large spans and strong overloads.
Such elements in pre-stressed reinforced concrete consist of a horizontal floor stiffened at the bottom by means of two vertical ribs containing the main reinforcement. The upper floor has a thickness of 5 cm and a width varying between 250 (nominal value) and 160 cm.
Standard production is in the following heights:
30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 cm.
The TT tiles, heights being equal, differ in terms of vertical rib width, available in three measurements:
12 cm / 16 cm / 20 cm
To make intermediate building floors, the in-situ casting is required of a 6 cm thick cooperating concrete floor.
